MIM Challenge Colored Pencils

This weeks MIM challenge was to use colored pencils and to blend. This is not my strong skill so I chose a small image to color and filled in with buttons. I used my wood grain embossing folder for the background. I can't seem to use it enough. I also used the picket fence stickles on my picket fence! I thought this card was a perfect transition from summer to fall on this first day of Sept. Have a great day.

What a pretty card. I love that you put the flowers behind the picket fence.

So cute! Did I tell you that I am moving back to Des Moines in 3 weeks? I am sure you will see me in the store very soon. I can't wait. Just in time to see my card in the CARDS magazine too. :)

So cute! I hear you about coloring - I used to really enjoy using colored pencils - but now, everyone uses copics...its like I forgot how to use pencils!! Love the stickles for that finishing touch!
