MoJo Penny

Today I took the MoJo challenge and created this fall card with a new stamp from 2RedBananas. I flipped the sketch on it's side so I could make a flower. The stamp set is called "Autumn Leaves Penny". This paper is from the same Scenic Route line that I used for my last card. It seems to be working out nicely for the fall colors. I also used my new die from Quickutz for the flower. It's always fun to use something new for the first time. Hope you like it.

Falling Leaves

The leaves are falling in my yard like crazy and that is the name of this new stamp over at 2RedBananas. It's actually called "Falling Leaves Jack". There are several other new stamps that are available for purchase. I really like this one because you just don't see many little boy stamps. There is another one called "Jack and the Snowman" that I will try and make a card with later this week. If you want to see it now stop over at 2RB.

Banana Split Sunday

Another Banana Split Sunday Challenge. This one is a recipe challenge. You need to use a square, the color red, and 3 buttons. This was really fun as I'm use to doing a lot of sketch challenges. I also used a new stamp set from 2RedBananas. Have a great day.

MoJo Challenge

I needed a thank you card and some inspiration so I went to the MoJo Monday challenge and picked up this sketch challenge. It fit perfect with my adorable Fuzzy Bear stamp from 2RedBananas. I wanted the thank you to look more like a pumpkin, but settled for a circle.

Banana Split Sunday

Okay, two weeks in a row late. Sorry guys. I tried to figure out how to have it post on it's own, but it didn't happen, so I'm late again. I was out of town again. I went to MN to the Vikings game and they won, Woo Hoo! Just barley and only because the other team missed a field goal in the last second. Still lots of fun. I know my post is a little late as it is Monday, but better late than never. This weeks Banana Split Sunday Challenge is a color challenge to use Orange, Black, and Purple. Great colors for this time of year and perfect for a Halloween page. I went to a scrap retreat this week end and so it was also a perfect time for me to catch up on last years Halloween pictures. If you can't tell by the outfits or the title my husband and I are suppose to be Sonny & Cher. I also used a quote on the page about love from 2RB Quotes Three set. Lets see all those great things you can make with these colors.

Todays Banana Split Sunday Challenge is to make something for Halloween. I used one of the new stamps called Jack-O-Lantern Penny. She is really cute and makes a great whimsical card. I also couldn't resist stitching a little spider web on my card. Too much fun. The prize for this weeks challenge is this stamp so if you like it lets see what kind of Halloween creativity you have.

Better Late...

Well here is my Scrappy Sunday challenge page from last Sunday. I am definitely taking my time with challenges lately. This was a fun sketch and I finished very quickly, which is always good. I used a quote from 2RedBananas from the set Quotes III. It is about love and just fit the page perfectly.
